Sinonasal malignant melanoma

Abstract Sinonasal malignant melanoma is a rare, aggressive tumor, associated with poor prognosis, accounting for 8-15% of all head and neck melanomas 0.5-2% melanomas. The diagnosis given by histopathological immunological examination. Elective treatment consists surgical excision free resection borders, adjuvant chemotherapy / radiotherapy immunotherapy checkpoint inhibitors can be used to control local recurrence distant metastases. We chose present the case an unresectable ethmoidal at time diagnosis, pembrolizumab converting it resectability, improving patient’s quality life, even if patient developed adrenal metastasis.
